Dhaka, 20 December: – Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Shaikh Abdul Hannan, BBP, BUP, nswc, fawc, psc returned home on 20 December 2022, Tuesday after an official visit to India. Mentionable that Chief of Air Staff left Dhaka for India on 15 December 2022, Thursday for an official visit along with spouse and six entourage on an invitation of Chief of the Air Staff of Indian Air Force Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari, PVSM AVSM VM ADC.
During the visit, Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force reviewed the Combined Graduation Parade at Indian Air Force Academy in Hyderabad as the Chief Guest. This is the first time Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force was honored to review the graduation ceremony of Indian Air Force as chief guest which is a remarkable occasion. He visited PC-7 simulator of training aircraft and Air Traffic Control Officers’ Training Establishment (ATCOTE) at Indian Air Force Academy. Besides, Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force also visited different military installations in Air Force Station, Barrackpore. It is expected that the visit of Chief of Air Staff will play a significant role in strengthening the existing friendly relationship between the Air Forces of Bangladesh and India.
