Dhaka, 19 October:- Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, BBP, OSP, GUP, nswc, psc returned Bangladesh on Friday (18-10-2024) after an official visit to Japan.
Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force visited Japan from 14-18 October 2024 at the invitation of Chief of Staff of Japan Self-Defense Force General Uchikura Hiroaki. During the visit, Chief of Air Staff attended no of programs including the ‘Indo-Pacific Air Chiefs Conference in Tokyo (InPACT)’ on the occasion of ‘Air Force Forum in Japan (AFFJ)’. Air Chiefs, military and civil high officials of different countries attended this occasion. Moreover, Chief of Air Staff made courtesy call on with Air Chiefs of different countries and discussed various bilateral issues.
It is expected that the visit of Chief of Air Staff will play a vital role for strengthening the bilateral relationship and enhance the scope of mutual cooperation in the professional aspects between Bangladesh and Japan.
Mentionable that, respected Chief of Air Staff left Dhaka for Japan on 14 October 2024, Monday for the said official visit along with his spouse and two entourages.
