Dhaka, September 03:- Lecturer of Jashore Medical College Hospital Dr. Md Saiduzzaman, who is infected with coronavirus, was emergency transferred from Jashore to Dhaka last night, Wednesday (02-09-2020) by MI-171SH helicopter of Bangladesh Air Force.
Bangladesh Air Force has been providing emergency Air Transport and Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) mission to the civil administration on a regular basis for combating the coronavirus. Through the Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) mission, Bangladesh Air Force is playing a vital role in helping coronavirus infected patients from any region of the country to receive advanced medical care at the earliest. Mentionable that, Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force provided necessary guidance to carry out the mission.
Coronavirus infected patient Dr. Md. Saiduzzaman, Lecturer of Jashore Medical College Hospital, was emergency transferred from Jashore to Dhaka by BAF MI-171SH helicopter. Later, he was taken to Mugda Medical College and Hospital, Dhaka for better treatment.
