Jashore, 11October 2018 :- Inter Base Hockey Competition of Bangladesh Air Force concluded here at Bangladesh Air Force Base Bir Shresto Matiur Rahman Hockey Ground on Thursday (11-10-2018). Bangladesh Air Force Base Bir Shresto Matiur Rahman team became champion and Bangladesh Air Force Base Bangabandhu team became runner-up.
The winning team defeated Bangladesh Air Force Base Bangabandhu team by 4-1 goals in the final match today. Sergeant Samirul of Bangladesh Air Force Base Bir Shresto Matiur Rahman team was adjudged the best player of the competition.
Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Bir Shresto Matiur Rahman Air Vice Marshal A H M Fazlul Haque, BSP, ndu, afwc, psc witnessed the final match as Chief Guest and distributed prizes.
Among others, Senior BAF Officers, Airmen and other members of BAF Base Bir Shresto Matiur Rahman were present on the occasion.
