Dhaka, November 24:- Bangladesh Air Force Women’s Welfare Association’s (BAFWWA) stipend has been handed over to 285 meritorious students, who are the children of BAF members serving in Dhaka area for their outstanding performance in SSC, HSC, ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level examination held in 2019. The program was held at Shaheen Hall, Tejgaon, Dhaka on Sunday (24-11-2019).
President of Bangladesh Air Force Women’s Welfare Association (BAFWWA) Yasmeen Zaman handed over the cheques of stipend among 285 students as chief guest. Besides, Vice-Presidents of BAFWWA Central Committee, Spouses of senior BAF officers, invited Directors of Air Headquarters, Principals of BAF Shaheen Schools & Colleges of Dhaka area and guardians of stipend recipients were present in this auspicious occasion.
Among the meritorious students, 63 students obtained golden GPA-5 in SSC and HSC, 218 students obtained general GPA-5 in SSC and HSC, 03 students in ‘O’ level and 01 student in ‘A’ level examination.
