Dhaka, 28 November:- The closing and prize distribution ceremony of Inter Services Volleyball Competition-2024 comes to end at Volleyball ground of Bangladesh Air Force Base Kurmitola, Dhaka on 28 November 2024, Thursday. Mentionable that the tournament was held from 24-28 November 2024 under the overall management of Bangladesh Air Force.
Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Admin) Air Vice Marshal Rushad Din Asad, OSP, BPP, ndu, aowc, psc witnessed the final match as the Chief Guest, distributed prizes among the Champion and Runner-Up team. Bangladesh Navy team clinched the title by defeating Bangladesh Army team by 3-2 sets in the final match. Petty Officer Sheikh Ismail Hossain of Bangladesh Navy team was adjudged as the best player in the competition.
Among others, Senior officers from three services and other members were present on the occasion. Assistant Chief of Naval Staff (Logistics) Rear Admiral Md. Zohir Uddin, NBP, NUP, ndc,afwc, psc inaugurated the competition on 28 November 2024. Mentionable that, Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Navy and Bangladesh Air Force team participated in this competition.
