Dhaka, 20 October, 2022: On behalf of the United States Air Force, a delegation of 10 members of the ‘Oregon National Guard’ attended a Subject Matter Expert Exchange program at Bangladesh Air Force Base Bangabandhu from October 18, 2022 to October 20, 2022. 21 members of Bangladesh Air Force participated in this event.
The main objective of organizing this three-day Subject Matter Expert Exchange program was to develop bilateral relations through mutual exchange of knowledge and experience between the participating armed forces. The participating members of Bangladesh and the United States exchanged knowledge on various issues related to aviation, aircraft maintenance, airfield safety and operations, flight safety, medical systems etc. After three days of successful discussion, the program on bilateral issues was concluded on 20th October 2022 at 1330 hrs.
