Dhaka, May 26 :- Inter-Base Hockey Competition-2022 of Bangladesh Air Force ends on 26 May 2022 at the play ground of Bangladesh Air Force Base Bangabandhu, Dhaka. Bangladesh Air Force Base Birsreshtho Matiur Rahman Team attained the glory of being the champion team by defeating Bangladesh Air Force Base Bangabandhu Team by 3-1 goals in the final match. Corporal Yousuf Rony of Bangladesh Air Force Base Birsreshtho Matiur Rahman Team has been adjudged as the best player of the competition. Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Operations) Air Vice Marshal M Shafiqul Alam, BBP, OSP, BSP, ndc, fawc, psc witnessed the final match as the Chief Guest and distributed prizes among the winners. Air Officer Commanding, Senior BAF officers, airmen and other members of the host Base were present on the occasion. Mentionable that Air Officer Commanding, BAF Base Bangabandhu Air Vice Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, OSP, GUP, nswc, psc inaugurated the said competition on 22 May 2022. 06 teams of Bangladesh Air Force participated in this 05 day long competition.
