Dhaka, 05 November 2018 :- Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat, BBP, OSP, ndu, psc along with spouse and two entourages left Dhaka for China on Monday, 05-11-2018 on an official visit at the invitation of PLA Air Force Commander and President of China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation (CATIC).
During the visit, Chief of Air Staff, BAF will attend ‘12th China International Aviation, Aerospace Exhibition (Zuhai Air Show) and 5th International Military Flight &Training Conference’ to be held in China. Later, Chief of Air Staff will join in a courtesy call on PLA Air Force Commander. They will exchange views on bi-lateral issues.
Besides, Chief of Air Staff, BAF will also exchange views with Defence Minister of China. During this tour, he will visit National Defence University of Beijing, AVIC, Chengdu Aircraft Industry and various Civil & Military Installation in China.
It is expected that, this visit by Chief of Air Staff will play an important role for strengthening the existing friendly relationship between Air Forces of two countries.
