Dhaka, 15 July:- Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, BBP, OSP, GUP, nswc, psc left Dhaka for United Kingdom on 15 July 2024, Monday on an official visit along with his spouse and two entourages.
Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force will visit United Kingdom from 16-23 July 2024 at the invitation of Chief of the Air Staff of Royal Air Force Air Chief Marshal Sir Richard Knighton. During the visit, Chief of Air Staff will attend the ‘Global Air & Space Chiefs’ Conference-2024’ organized by the Royal Air Force in London. Air chiefs, military and civil high officials of different countries will attend this Conference. During the event, participants will exchange individual views on operational strategies, training, military technology and future plans. He will also attend the world’s famous air show ‘Royal International Air Tattoo-2024’ at RAF Fairford. Finally Chief of Air Staff will attend the opening ceremony of ‘Farnborough International Air Show’ in Farnborough, London.
Besides, he will join the Royal Canadian Air Force Centennial Reception at Canadian High Commission in London. It is expected that the visit of Chief of Air Staff will play a vital role for strengthening the bilateral relationship and enhance the scope of mutual cooperation in the professional sectors between Bangladesh and United Kingdom.
Mentionable that, respected Chief of Air Staff will return to Bangladesh on 24 July 2024 after completion of said official visit.
