Dhaka, 16 Jul:- Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat, BBP, OSP, ndu, psc along with spouse and one entourage departed Dhaka for United Kingdom on Tuesday, 16-07-2019 on an official visit at the invitation of Chief of the Air Staff, Royal Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Hillier KCB CBE DFC ADC MA.
During visit, Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air force will attend 02 days long “The Chief of the Air Staff’s Air and Space Power Conference” held in UK. The main theme of the conference is ‘Multi-Domain Operations for the Next Generation Air Force’.
It is expected that the experience gained through the conference will help to form a time-befitting Air Force and accelerate BAF to attain Forces Goal 2030. Besides, Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air force will make a courtesy call on the President of Marshal Aerospace and Defence Group Sir Michael Marshall and CEO Alistair McPhee.
This visit by Chief of Air Staff will certainly play an important role for strengthening the existing relationship between United Kingdom and Bangladesh. Mentionable that Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air force will return to Bangladesh on 20 July 2019 after completion of visit in UK.
