Dhaka, 18 April:- The certificate award ceremony of No.110 Junior Command and Staff Course of Bangladesh Air Force was held at Bangladesh Air Force Command and Staff Training Institute (CSTI) of BAF Base Bashar on Thursday (18-04-2019). Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Operations) Air Vice Marshal M Abul Bashar, BBP, OSP, ndc, acsc, psc attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest and distributed certificates and trophy among the graduating officers.
17 officers from Bangladesh Air Force, 01 officer each from Indian Air Force, Nigeria Air Force, Pakistan Air Force and Sri Lanka Air Force attended the course. Squadron Leader Nafiz Saleheen Tamal of Bangladesh Air Force was awarded with the “Chief of Air Staff’s Certificate and Trophy” for his best performance in the course.
While addressing, the chief guest has emphasized on applied knowledge for the graduating student officers and he thanked the government of participating countries for sending student officers in this course. Earlier, in his welcome address, the Officer Commanding of the institute gave a brief resume on the Training and academic curriculum of the course.
Among others, Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Bashar including senior BAF Officers and diplomats were present in the ceremony.
