Dhaka, 24 April 2019 :- The name of Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat, BBP, OSP, ndu, psc has been inducted to “DSCSC Hall of Fame” through an induction ceremony held at the Sheikh Hasina Complex of Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) in Mirpur Cantonment, on 24 April 2019.
When officers of any Armed Forces has earned the Staff College (PSC) degree from DSCSC and held the highest position in their respective forces, they are inducted to the “Hall of Fame” list through an induction ceremony. Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat is a graduate of the 16thAir Staff Course of DSCSC for the academic year 1995-96
It is to be noted that among the officers of Bangladesh Armed Forces, so far 07 Army Chiefs, 04 Navy Chiefs and03Air Force Chiefs have been inducted to the DSCSC “Hall of Fame.”Among the foreign student officers, 02 Sri Lankan Army Chiefs (Commanders) have been awarded the distinction.
Mentionable that the name of Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat, BBP, OSP, ndu, psc was also inducted in Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College “Hall of Fame” through an induction ceremony on 31st March 2019.
