Dhaka, February 27:- The closing ceremony of BAF Inter Shaheen Debate, Quiz, Maths & Spelling Competition-2019 was held on 27 February at BAF Shaheen Hall. Air Vice Marshal M Shafiqul Alam, OSP, BSP, ndc, fawc, psc, Air Officer Commanding, BAF Base Bashar graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest and distributed prizes among the winners.
This year BAF Shaheen College Kurmitola became champion and BAF Shaheen College Jashore became Runner Up in Debate, BAF Shaheen College Kurmitola became champion and BAF Shaheen College Shamshernagor became Runner Up in Quiz, BAF Shaheen College Kurmitola became champion and BAF Shaheen College Dhaka became Runner Up in Maths (Secondary Group), BAF Shaheen College Dhaka became champion and BAF Shaheen College Shamshernagor became Runner Up in Maths (Higher Secondary Group), BAF Shaheen College Dhaka became champion and BAF Shaheen College Jashore became Runner Up in Spelling (Secondary Group) and BAF Shaheen College Paharkanchanpur became champion and BAF Shaheen College Dhaka became Runner Up in Spelling (Higher Secondary Group). They were also awarded with Championship Trophies, Runner up Trophies and Medals.
Mentionable that, this competition started on 24 February. Senior BAF officers, Principals of different BAF Shaheen Colleges, teachers and participants were present on the occasion.
